Shaun Mitchell made the process of buying our new Can-Am Defender HD9 so easy! After trying to deal with other dealerships in the state, and just across the state line, we sure are happy we went with Shaun at Motonation of Bolivar! There was not a question that did not get answered immediately ... from availability, pricing, financing and my multiple questions on accessory options. He lead us in the right direction and to the right SXS for our needs. Shaun answered the phone and texts promptly. He sent Buyer's Order and pricing in writing so everything was in black and white and easy to understand. The financing process was just as easy. We stopped in Motonation on Friday and looked at the SXS, not knowing if we were going to dive into a brand new one, texted Shaun on Saturday with questions, and after they had closed and told him we wanted it. Did financing online and after the dealership was closed on Sunday and Monday, he had all the add ons installed and ready for pickup on Tuesday! Shaun is the man ... and he knows his Can-Ams!

Shaun Mitchell sold us a 2021 Defender Max. He is the most down to earth Dealer we have ever dealt with. He is upfront and honest. If I called him he would answer and if he didnt know the answer to my questions right then he would have them within hours. He was funny and always professional about everything. It was never beating around the bush. He was patient with my silly questions. Yall need to give this man a raise.

RODE OVER ON FRIDAY FOR RECALL CK ON MY GOLDWING!! I DID NOT NOTIFY THEM I WAS COMING. AFTER A SHORT WAIT THEY CHECKED MY WING. I ASKED ABOUT A PROBLEM I WAS HAVING WITH MY REMOTE TRUNK RELEASE. THE MECHANIC STARTED TROUBLE SHOOTING THE CIRCUITS RITE AWAY!! FOUND 6 CUT WIRES IN TRUNK FROM HINGE. THE SERVICE WAS 5 STARS!! IF YOU NEED 5 STAR SERVICE GIVE THEM A CALL!!

Mark took very good care of me when I had some issues with recalls, and the dealer I bought my ATV from. Even though they didnt sell me the ATV they took the time to get some warranty work done that the dealer I bought it from didnt care to deal with, and got me back on the trails in no time. I worked primarily with Richard in sales and Laura in finance. Richard was especially helpful working with me to pick out my first motorcycle (at age 50), accessories, etc. The parts and service guys got my goodies in right away and installed everything expertly. Laura in finance made that whole process quick and easy. It was evident everyone at Joe's appreciated my business and was glad I was there. They have a very friendly and professional staff that makes you feel welcome. Although I live very close to my local Honda dealer I'll definitly look to Joe's as my primary Honda shop.

I purchased a new 2007 Honda 400ex from Andy Aycock, he was very helpful and ran me through quickly to have my on the quad that day. These guys went over and beyond helping me with my 1300 C VTX motor problems; they managed to convince Honda the repair was a factory default, even though the bike was long past the warranty period. They were extremely professional and were concerned with my satisfaction, just good down to earth personnel.
